How it works on Turo
You invite Kin to your hosting team inside Turo. Kin works through Turo’s own co-host seat in the Turo app; the family desk does the tapping and the agents keep track and draft.
What Kin does on Turo
- Messages your guests
- Answers booking and change requests
- Runs check-in and checkout in the app
- Sends incidental invoices
- With your permission, sets prices and availability
What you keep doing
- Owning the account and getting paid by Turo
- Filing any damage claim; Turo does not let a co-host file one
- The handoff of keys, unless we arrange local help with you
What Kin does not do
- File claims
- See your earnings, unless you share your statement
- Drive the car
