On Airbnb with no software
We send an invite
From Hospitable, the official Airbnb partner Kin runs on.
You connect
Click “Connect my Airbnb account”, sign in to Airbnb and authorize.
Your listings come in
The ones Kin will not manage are muted. You never need a Hospitable login.
Optional: add Kin’s Airbnb profile as a co-host on the listing, so messages go out under Kin’s name instead of yours.
The fee change, said plainly
Connecting a property-management tool moves your Airbnb account to the host-only fee: about 15.5 percent from you, and guests see no service fee. That has been Airbnb’s rule since 27 Oct 2025.

The same invite connects those accounts.
Already on Guesty, Hostaway, OwnerRez or Lodgify
Kin joins as your Airbnb co-host and connects for messages and reservations, while your software keeps your calendar and pricing. Or you move to Kin’s Hospitable, if you want Kin to run pricing too.
